| Ended in | Red Larch (Waelvur's Wagonworks) |
Summary
[edit]The party reached Waelvur's Hunting Cabin, found a trap door, and discovered Ilmeth Waelvur below — confused and unable to explain how he got there. They escorted him back to town without pressing him hard. The party reached 2nd level and earned a standing discount on wagon goods at the Wagonworks.
What happened
[edit]- The party continued northwest and reached Waelvur's old hunting cabin. Deer hides hung outside; the cabin itself looked empty.
- A search turned up a trap door beneath a rug. The group tried everything to force it open before noticing the key hanging in plain sight — the lock wasn't even engaged.
- Below, they found Ilmeth Waelvur. He had no memory of how he'd gotten into his own cellar.
- The party chose not to interrogate him further and escorted him safely back to Waelvur's Wagonworks.
- For their help, the party leveled up to 2nd and received a standing discount on wagon wheels and wagon goods at the shop.
Key moments
[edit]- Ilmeth's amnesia — he couldn't explain the cellar; the party let the mystery lie for now.
- Goodwill with the Wagonworks — mechanical discount earned for the rescue.
