What the party saw
[edit]- Cult foot soldiers in leather armor — clearly not the same as the scale-armored knights.
- Less formal bearing than the Feathergale Knights; more like devoted recruits than noble cavalry.
- Fought on several floors as the party pushed upward through the spire.
- The party did not record individual names or ranks beyond recognizing them as part of the wind cult garrison.
